Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of checkout through Razorpay.
Customers can request a refund within 30 days of their dine-in or takeaway order, subject to certain conditions.
Orders must be unused, not consumed, and in their original packaging (for takeaway) to qualify for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days once the returned order is received and inspected.
